    Nadav was fantastic. I got his contact from a friend who highly recommended him, and he called shortly after I sent him a brief text explaining my situation. He was able to swing by within an hour of our initial call, but my area didn't have any available parking, so he left and actually tried again and came back the same day! Mind blown. He easily assessed the situation, identified the issue (we had a clog in our building's main pipe which connects all the HVAC units and that clog was forcing water to leak out into our unit), and figured out the most efficient solution. He flushed out the clog immediately, resolving our most pressing leaking issue. We ended up needing a replacement part, which he explained he didn't have immediately on hand, but he was able to come back the day after, fixed everything up, and then also took the time to do some general maintenance checks and fixes since we were massively overdue. I explained our HOA was asking for specifics, and he was more than accommodating, offering to attach clear photos and breaking down his services in the invoice. We couldn't be more satisfied with his service, plus he's extremely personable. We will definitely be calling him again!

    I usually don't post reviews, unless it's a terribly good or terribly bad experience. Nadav, owner of this business, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt - a WAY different experience than anyone else we called. And then - a day before he was scheduled to come - he called because he was in the area and asked if he could stop quickly to diagnose the issue - which he did a few minutes later - and then was able to promptly fix it on the spot - a day early. Genuinely nice guy. I'd recommend this business to anyone!

    Our 20 year old AC went out mid summer heat. Had a guy look at it same day, said it needed to be replaced. New system and parts would take at least a week. I Called Nadav, he came out ASAP he somehow was able to make work for the time being. In the mean time we discussed and planned for new AC system. Unit size and type etc. Also needed the condenser installed at different part of the house. Showed up a few days later with new unit. Nadav and his guys had it installed, up and running same day!! And the price could not be beat. His team had previously replaced part of the ducting in my attic. They were on time, clean, removed trash. Above and beyond!! Highly recommend Air planet

    I am so impressed by Nadav and Air Planet. Roughly about a week ago, we determined that we needed a new HVAC package unit on our roof. I interviewed 4 companies and spoke with a few more, and even though Nadav was the first person I met with, I knew this was the right company to choose from the start (but did my due dilenegnce of meeting with the other vendors just to make sure my gut was correct). Air Planet is couretous, effecient, professional and I was not nickeled and dimed for all of the extras that go with installing an HVAC system like many of the other companies were trying to do. Nadav was the least salesman like person of the bunch, and for good reason, he doesn't need to be! He sells top end quality products at fair price, and from biddingthe proejct to a quick and well done installation, was a dream to work with. Thank you for your help!
